563. Lot of Four Victorian Walking Sticks Lot includes four metal tipped wooden walking sticks. First of lot is a blunt silver metal tipped stick made of dark wood. Tip has simple hand tooled designs. Measures apprx 30-1/2". Second stick is tipped with a flat knobbed shape of a dark silver metal decorated with raised designs of flowers. Measures apprx 34-1/2". Third, is a gold colored knob tipping a black painted wooden rod. Designs featured are intricate and top bears inscription: Presented to G.H. Ward by his friends, Jan. 2nd 1879. 569. Five Physician Panels, Probably English, circa Late 19th Century Set of five entertaining medical plaques carved from walnut wood. First panel shows a woman having her heart examined, second depicts a man having his tooth extracted, third is of a woman wearing a bonnet carrying her chamber pot, fourth is of a man in excruciating intestinal paint, and fifth shows a doctor examining a sphinx-like figure.
