Murano Italian glass, a monumental yellow glass vase with sanguine glass abstractions and silver flecks. Well ground pontil and wear to base. Tapering form, vase measures apprx 10-1/2"T x 7" diameter at opening.

373. Seguso Veti D'Arte, circa 1940
Soft blue glass with mica flecks, vase flares to a turned rim and is attached to a conical base which has an unpolished pontil. Body has applied clear glass with gold fleck decoration in the form of leaves on branch. Apprx 10"T x 6-3/4" diameter at opening.

374. Glass Bull, Murano, Italy, 20th Century
Murano glass has a historical reputation for it's beautiful, pure quality and the skill of those who craft it. Whimsical bull head is apprx 5-1/2"H, base is apprx 6" across. Head is hollow blown white and clear glass with a marbled effect at the nose. Base and neck are cased with a crackling technique to the outer shell. Bull's features (mouth, eyes, horns, ears and fur) are applied clear blown glass. Open pontil at base. Probably from 1940's or 1950's.

375. Pair of Crystal Cruets, circa Late 19th Century
Beautiful set of Victorian Ruby Flashed Cruets with stoppers. Bottom of round base is cut with a diamond pattern, upper portion has a design of grapes, stopper is geometric. Has graceful handle and lip for pouring. Probably made around 1894. Apprx 7-1/2"H.

376. Grouping of Webb Glass Pieces
Lot of seven items. Webb glass is American cased glass (two layers of glass fused to create layers of color) blown glass from the late Victorian period. Included in this grouping are five round ruffled rim vases--one rose (apprx 4" x 3"), two robins egg blue (apprx 4" x 3", and apprx 5" x 5"), two lemon yellow (apprx 6" x 6" tall and apprx 5" x 5") fading down to pastel with white interior. Also included is a small footed bowl (measures apprx 5-1/2" x 3-3/4") with an open rippled lip. The feet are shell imprinted and applied. The coloring is reversed with sky blue interior and white exterior. The last piece is a gourd shaped vase with a narrow neck (measures apprx 7-1/2" x 4-1/2", at widest point). It features a diamond over satin finish in light blue over white. The rim and side suffer small bruises.

377. Brilliant Crystal Footed Bowl, American
Cut glass was enormously popular during the Victorian Era. A high lead oxide content and numerous facets gives the glass its trademark sparkle. This bowl features pattern of hobnail star-bursts and alternating diamond pattern with geometric base. Foot is round, upper rim is accented by numerous notches. Nice, even bell tone. Bowl measures apprx 5-1/2" H and 8" D.

378. Brilliant Cut Crystal Bowl, American, ca. 1890
Proceeds from the sale of this item will be donated to the Lyric Opera, Cleveland. Bowl features pattern of hobnail star-bursts along the sides with a large intricate star in center. The scalloped upper rim is accented by numerous notches. Nice, even bell tone. Measures apprx 3-3/4" x 10" in diameter.

379. Four Victorian Glass Pieces
Lot includes four items. Two are case glass bowls with ruffled rim: one is a dusty blue with a white interior. Rough pontil. Measures apprx 3-1/2" x 4". Second is rose glass over laid with a milky flower pattern. Finely ground pontil. Measures apprx 5" x 5". Lot also includes a peach "morning glory" shaped vase. Peach color is translucent at top and fades down to transparent. Bottom polished; measures apprx 4-1/2" x 6-1/4". Last item is a Venetian style glass vase. Shape is like a lilly with curled base and applied flower shaped foot. A millefiori decoration is achieved with the insertion of colorful Murrina into a overall clear body. Rough pontil. Measures apprx 9" x 4-1/2".

Large blown glass bowl. Very nice pattern of wheat stalks and blooms is etched along exterior. Base is very thick with a few small air bubbles and rim is polished. Measures apprx 4-1/3"H x 9-3/4" D.

Blown glass vases assume the shape of a cylinder then branch out into five pulled petals which meet again at top. Very modern in aesthetic. Milky white glass to clear olive green. Unpolished pontil under liner. Measure apprx 37-1/4"T.
