514. Two Busts of Napoleon, ca. 20th Century The first bust is made from gold painted wood and attached to a faux-marble base. Napoleon is dressed in full military regalia. Verso of base has a sticker reading "Borghese". This bust measures apprx 10-1/4" H x 5-1/2" W. The second bust is a parian bust depicting Napoleon dressed as a Roman god, with robe and laurel leaf crown. He is joined by an eagle. The title of this etching, "Napoleon the First at St. Helena" is located in lower center along with the text reading "From the original painting, taken immediately after death by Captain Ibbetson, R.E.
