528. Two Case Clocks

Lot includes two square case clocks. First of lot is an eight-day, gold metal clock made by Gubelin, est. 1854. Features dual faces, four square feet, circular handle and twisted decoration along each corner. Winds from bottom. Measures apprx 5-1/2"H x 3-3/4"L x 1-1/2"W. Second clock, made in France, has four glass walls through which to see the clock face and, in the back and sides, the mechanizations. Back panel can be opened to wind clock with key. Frame is brass. Back reads H & H, S F, 11. Eleven. Jewels. Measurers apprx 4-1/2"H x 3-1/4"L x 2-1/2"W.
