Blown glass serving or display piece. Dish features a background of yellow, decorated with hand painted black scrolls. Within each round "flash" is a tiny red or blue flower. A gilded star burst lies at the center and polished edge is gilded as well. Pedestal and foot are black glass. Item measures apprx 3"H x 6-1/2"D.
