Three Icones Anatomicae from De humani corporis fabrica libri septem. [On the Fabric of the Human Body] Book Two -- All the ligaments and muscles, instruments of voluntary and deliberate motion. Commonly referred to as ‘muscle-men’. Numbered in upper right corners: 8, 9, 14. Initialed on T.I.D. and D.B.S. on bottom center. Printed on laid paper with an anchor watermark. Plate impression measures apprx 13-3/4" x 8-1/4". Entire paper sheet measures apprx 16" x 10-1/2".
