Lot includes four hand carved wooden masks. Masks are of South American in origin and seem to be specifically Mexican in aesthetic. The "folk" masks take inspiration from a composite of animal and human features using rough shapes and red, white and black pigment. Masks could be a jaguar/ dog, crow, devil, bearded man/ elephant.
