Frank Nelson Wilcox (Cleveland School artist, 1887-1964) was a leading American Scene watercolorist from Ohio who studied with Henry G. Keller. Paper measures apprx 14" X 19". Verso is posterboard with dimensions written in pencil. Double matted with blue and beige. With simple wood frame, measures apprx 19-1/4" x 25-1/4".
