Lot includes 1) "Plan Général du Château et du Jardin de Vall?ë". TAB 105. 2) "Plan Général du Château de Charlottenbourg et de son Jardin". TAB XXXV. 3) "Plan d'un Jardin, apartenant á Son Altesse Roïale, Madame la Princesse Charlotte Amalie". TAB XLVI. All are steel engravings on wove paper, backed with foamcore. Each page includes a distance key and descriptive title written in German, French and Dutch. Plate impressions measure apprx 18"H x 11-1/4". Lot also includes "Facing Charcoal Making". Plate XXXVIII. Etching on wove paper, matted and backed with foamcore. Page details, in two parts, the charcoal making process. Top shows the 7 steps required to build a pile or clamp, the mounds used to heat the raw material which will then combust to become charcoal. Colliers can be seen at work. Bottom offers a cut-away view of the pile in three diagrams. Image measures 12"H x 7"W.

"The Creation". Mezzotint on paper, a stated Proof copy. Dramatic image depicts rocks swirling in waves and roiling clouds. A small crescent moon can be seen to the right side of the composition. Caption reads: "To His Royal Highness of Sussex (This plate is dedicated with the most profound respect)" Published march 21st 1831. Plate impression is apprx 10" x 14", paper edges have been trimmed and overall is apprx 11-1/4" x 16".

Depicts an elegant rider, on his large, right-facing white horse accompanied by three beagles and is dedicated to the Duke of Beaufort. Lower edge bear engravers name, Edward Hacker, and title. One figure can be seen standing atop the bridge and another walking up a path. An illegible word and date, 1810, is written on lower left perhaps to indicate time and year of original purchase. "After Prayers". A beautifully rendered, unsigned watercolor on wove paper, however believed to be by the hand of the artist. Framed in a period gilt wood frame and under glass with a tag on verso from the J. George Mayer Gallery, Cleveland, Ohio. The artist used similar figures in his renditions of the mosques, including architecture, lamps, shoes and carpets. Tarenghi copied himself the most, turning out the same compositions and locations with slight differences. This work may be summarized by the figures, architecture and lamps depicted in the work titled "La Piere A La Mosquee" on page 253 of "Les Orientalistes De L'Ecole Italian" by Caroline Juler, as depicted in last photo in details page. Paper apprx 29"H x 21"W, overall with frame apprx 34"H x 26"W.
