A thin copper sheet with hand work in relief of a hunt scene with two cheetahs fighting over a kill, which appears to be a large deer, possibly characters from ancient Persian mythology. Relief has green multi-colored patina overall and has several breaks with losses. Mounted to a frosted plexi stand with mount, fragment is apprx 4" x 14-1/2". 6. Native American Mississippian Period Pottery Bottle, circa 1200 A.D. Incised red clay vase with cylinder neck and tapering tear-drop shaped body. Decoration is separated into three sections by raised bands. Each section has a cross-hatched background and two fern-head shapes. Smooth, rounded botton, vessel stands upright.
