Country landscape. Oil on masonite, framed. Tranquil scene depicts a rustic farm with a small cottage off to the left side and cows in the distance. Two small figures appear to be engaged in their daily chores. Painting style is precise and detailed. Verso has red and white Cleveland Museum tag with a number of TR 12426/14. The record shows that the painting came into the museum in March of 1960 from the estate of Charles W. Williams and left in June of the same year. Measures apprx 18-1/2"H x 25"W. With painted gold, carved frame, entire item measures 21"H x 23-1/4"W.
