Beautiful pair of footed silver-plate serving dishes. Dishes feature round sliding covers with bone handled knops. Each sit off of the table on four feet. The large dish holds a shallow pierced tray and plain bowl which stack inside the larger dish for optimal food warming. Lid features a decoration of a blank coat of arms and has ball and claw feet. Bottom reads 8700 23 and is hallmarked. Measures apprx 7-1/2"H x 8"W x 10-1/4"L. Small dish top is decorated with a stylized floral design. Bottom reads Warranted Hardsoldered 517. Measures apprx 5-1/2"H x 5"W x 6-3/4"L.
