Signed lithograph paper, framed under glass. Levine is a renowned Boston-area artist most famous for his gritty depictions of corrupt underworld characters. The subject matter for this particular piece is most likely the Threepenny Opera. Characters are sketched with what looks like pencil and charcoal.
