Impressive three piece set comprised of soup tureen, ladle and liner. T. Furnival & Sons was an English China company established in 1851. Set features purple transfer design of Oriental themes such as fans, and cherry blossoms as well as architectural shapes as seen in the handles foot and finial. Tureen and liner are of an overall oval shape. With lid, tureen measures apprx 10"H x 8-3/4"W x 15"L. Ladle measures apprx 11"L and liner, apprx 10-1/2" W x 14-1/2"L. Bottoms bear company stamp and pattern name.
