1) Quatrefoil shaped Valentine features a top layer of lace cut paper with a central-image of a young girl surrounded by pansies. Interior bears a printed poem. 2) Second quatrefoil features a central decoration of a printed cupid with his bow drawn back. He is frame by a small foil filigree sheet and small scraps. Interior has a poem called "A Love". 3) Blue and white embossed card features lace cut paper decorated with floral scraps. On verso in an image of a young man. 4) Rectangular embossed paper is decorated with a paper heard with printed Morning Glories. Top layer is a foil doily frame and a message reading "I think of thee". Poem printed on inside. 5) Valentine has a bottom layer of green printed paper, middle layer of blue printed paper and a top layer of a foil doily decorated with scraps, thorough which one can see a chromolithograph image of a rose. Interior features a poem printed in green ink.
