150. Jack Butler Yeats, RHA (Irish, 1871-1957)

"The Mountain Farm" and "The Village". A pair of hand colored woodblock prints, also known as broadsheets. While living in western England, Yetas collaborated with another artist, Pamela Colman Smith and publisher/friend Elkin Mathews to produce broadsheets containing hand colored prints with accompanying texts by various authors. Each measures apprx 3-1/2"H x 13-1/2"W. Brother of writer W.B. Yeats.
