576. Three Arts & Crafts Movement Lithographs

"Battledore", original lithograph by Robert Anning Bell dated 1896 and titled and signed in the plate. A very good mpression published in The Studio, Vol. 10, 1897, with their blindstamp located lower left. Overall apprx 11-1/2" x 8". "Herodias", original lithograph by Robert Anning Bell, dated circa 1900, titled and signed in the plate. Another very good impression on laid paper, published by The Studio with blindstamp, lower right. Overall paper apprx 11" x 7-3/4", with original tissue guard attached. "The Patchwork Quilt", original woodcut in colors by West, J. Walter, dated 1895, signed and titled in the plate. A very good mpression published in The Studio, Vol. 6, 1896, with their blindstamp located lower left. Overall apprx 11" x 7-3/4". The Studio was the preeminent art journal ofthe Arts and Crafts movement. Founded in 1893 by Charles Holmes in London, it promoted an equalpresentation of the fine and applied arts.
