Verso has attached photocopy of verso of paper. Professionaly framed with fabric liner and a gilt and black decorative frame, entire item measures apprx 15-3/4"H x 12-1/2"W. Provenance: From a prominent estate, Cleveland, Ohio. Jean Gerson was philosopher and theologian and chancellor of the University of Paris, born in 1363 in Reims and died to Lione in 1429.
