528. An Irish Sterling Silver Footed Cream Jug, circa 1930-1931 In the Georgian style, imported into Britain. Hallmarked with the lion passant, anchor and date letter along with "C" and "W". Also, hallmarks to the left of ".925" and a "P" in a clover cartouche. Tripod footed container with extended spout and handle. Edge has an Oriental scalloped edge which is raised on the exterior, smooth on the interior. Feet are jointed and with slight knee. Handle follows aesthetic of design.
