Chromolithograph on paper, framed under glass. Until the 1930's cigar-manufacturing companies were one of the wealthiest industries in the world. Their advertisements display their message of wealth and refinement. As can be seen in this ad the printing techniques were complex such as with the fine gold dust and embossed gilt lettering. Image features a fluffy white cat sitting on an over-sized cigar. Printed by Consolidated Lithographing Corporation from Brooklyn. Measures apprx 6-1/2"H x 6-3/4"W. With white mat and painted gold frame, entire item measures apprx 13-1/2"H x 14-3/4"W.
