Cobalt blue container decorated with white relief designs of the presidential seal: a bald eagle holding an olive branch, a quiver of thirteen arrows, and a scroll reading "E pluribus unum" (out of many, one); interspersed with floral swags. Round base flares out. Interior is white. Very similar in look to Wedgwood Jasperware. Bottom bears an incised stamp of Tunstall, England -Adams, Estbd 1657 and a stamp from "The National Remembrance Shop- Washington D.C." Measures apprx 5-1/4"H x 5-1/2"W.
