"Radha and Krishna Standing". Illuminated manuscript using vegetable dye pigments and gold on paper. Image depicts the immortal love story between Hindu god, Krishna, and his favorite among the 'gopis' (cow-herding maidens). In this oval vingette they stand by a lotus garden and share gifts of flowers. Painted border features flower corners and floral band. Paper measures apprx 8"H x 6"W.
