Portuguese, both appear to be circa late 18th Century. Hand carved feathery Acanthus leaves painted with mustard yellow and crimson. Curved accessories could be used in the home in a variety of ways such as curtain tie backs, shelf mounting, towel hooks, etc. Measure apprx 10"H x 4-1/4"W.
