| 542. Pair of Gold Washed Cups and Two Other Sterling Items
Lot includes 1) A large ceremonial cup marked on exterior with a tooled foliate pattern and a dedication to Von Julius Esslinger with initials. Hallmarked on bottom with DSDN. Measures apprx 3-1/2"H x 3"W, at flared rim. 2) Smaller cup, also with flared rim features a hand hammered geometric design possibly with town and leafy images. Hallmarked on bottom. Measures apprx 3"H x 2-1/2"W. Also included in lot are two assorted sterling items. 1) A creamer featuring a curve handle and tri-pod feat. Creamer has a stout body decorated with a design of curvy lines. Hallmarked on bottom. Measures apprx 3-1/2"H x 3"W. 2) Small handled urn, possibly a sugar bowl. Features stamped pattern flared rim and a stepped pedestal foot. Stamped on rim of foot. Measures apprx 2-1/2"H x 2-1/2"W. Entire lot weighs apprx 9.6 Troy oz. 100/150 Sold $172.50 back to catalog |
