235. Three Print Club of Cleveland Prints

1) Norman Ackroyd (English, b. 1938). "Loch". Aquatint printed by the artist on BFK Rives paper. Soft abstract image with a horizon bar and upward sloping lines. Signed on lower right with date, 1975, and titled on right. Paper measures apprx 16-1/4"H x 13"W. Verso has a stamp from The Print Club of Cleveland, Publication, No. 54, 1976, and artist's biography. 2) Jack Tworkov (American, born in Poland, 1900-1982) "T.L. No. 6". Lithograph on Arches paper, printed at Tamarind Institute, Albuquerque, New Mexico, by Bill Lagattuta and Stephen Britko, edition of 250 numbered, 15 unnumbered. Geometric grid has shaded shapes. Paper measures apprx 16-1/2"H x 20-1/4"W. Signed and dated, 78, on lower right, titled with blind stamp, numbered 106/250 in center of bottom margin. Under mat is tag from The Print Club of Cleveland Publication No. 58, 1980. 3) Karl Schrag (American, born in Germany, 1912 -1996) "Flowering Tree-Moonlight". Lithograph on Somerset paper, ed. 260. Nearly abstracted image rendered through wide brushstrokes. Paper measures apprx 26-1/2"H x 21-1/4"W. Signed and dated, 1990, on lower right and titled on left with P.C.C. blind stamp. Verso has tag from Print Club of Cleveland Publication No. 69, 1991 and artist's biographical information.
