Two hand colored engravings from the "Regne Animal, Poissons", Paris, circa 1829, published by N. Remond. Plates included are numbers 14 and 42. Each has beautiful period hand coloring with special attention to shading. Each page apprx 10-1/2" x 6-3/4", however one is matted (14" x 11").
