1) Otto Henry Bacher (American, 1856-1909). "Pose for Portrait". Pencil on paper, signed on lower right outside frame of image. Measures apprx 9-1/2"H x 7"W. 2) Pair of double sided sketches by Thomas Landseer (British, 1795-1880). First page with a quick graphite study of a face and hand, a muscular back on verso. Second depicts a crooked arm dated with surrounding shading and quick figure studies on verso. All on chained lined and watermarked paper. Provenance: This sketch is from one of his sketch books, dated 1813. The sketchbook was purchased from Kenneth Rendell circa 1977. Both measure apprx 7-1/2"H x 6"W. 3) Alen (?). Small graphite sketch on paper depicting a child wearing a hat. Verso bears sketch of figures in some sort of low structure possibly a boat. Paper measures apprx 6-1/2"H x 10-1/8"W.
