14. Two Celtic Bronze Clasps, circa late 1st Century BC/early 1st Century AD
Two clasps with similar inscised decoration. Triangular ends have (had) a bail attachment while the other ends has post with head, for fastening or button. The center are hollow with a honeycomb design, possibly for braided material, which would have been pulled through the device. Each apprx 3-3/8" L. With spotted green patina.

17. New Guinea Pottery Vessel, Peru, circa 1500 A.D.
Fertility jug, or ewer, with three legs each with a pregnant woman and handle, also with same figure, flanked by two more pregnant woman. Throughout the body there are faces, or masks of male gods, one very predominant at the spout. Overall brown pigment, apprx 10-1/4"T. Bottom has museum inventory numbers; V36/1511.
