413. Two English Milk Jugs, late 19th/early 20th Century
Lot includes two handled pitchers. 1) White china pitcher with a pressed mold decoration on both sides. Low relief scenes depict a skirted figure petting lions. Jug is accented with glaze details in forget-me-not blue and gilt. Handle in the form of a lion. Bottom unmarked. Measures apprx 6-1/2"H x 4"W. 2) Round jug features scenes of farm animals: horses and cows in white relief against a metallic orange glaze. Around rim is a twisted ribbon pattern in colors of yellow, blue and orange. Base glaze is very faintly blue/green. Measures apprx 5"H x 4-1/2"W. No marks found on round bottom.

414. Lot of Two Pickard Decorated Trays
Lot includes two handled serving trays from the American China Company. 1) Oblong tray is decorated with hand painted fruit basket. Edged with a gilt boarder. Measures apprx 13-3/4"L x 5"W. Black company stamp, green R.S. Tillowitz stamp, and decorators inital on bottom. 2) Cushion shaped platter features a central gilded area surrounded with hand painted decoration of fruit such as plums, grapes and raspberries. Signed by artist, S. Nessy. Measures apprx 10-3/4"L x 10"W. Verso bears round black company stamp inside of a leaf shape.

415. Three Meissen Style Plates, German, circa 19th Century
Lot of three hand painted porcelain plates: 1) Sweet plate features a central bouquet including roses and a lilly. Rim features a neoclassical pattern in gold leaf. Bottom bears blue Meissen crossed swords. Measures apprx 8-3/4"D. 2) Plate features a raised wavy basketry pattern with a large bouquet depicted in the center and other small floral sprigs surrounding. Rimed with gilt. Marked on bottom with blue crossed swords. Measures apprx 1-1/4"H x 9-1/2"D. 3) Shallow bowl/ center plate divided into four sections; two with vignettes of courting couples, the others have pink background embellished with floral clusters. Rim and dividing lines decorated with scrolling lines. Crossed blue swords on bottom. Measures apprx 2"H x 9-1/4"D.

416. Copeland Spode Tea Service, English, circa mid 19th Century
Tea set for four includes: four tea cups, three saucers, a sugar, a creamer, a teapot (with flower shaped finial) and a round service tray. All hand decorated with Oriental style flowering branches in rust, and navy with details of bright green and light blue. Porcelain bodies are gadrooned and rimed with gilt. Bottoms all marked with dark green "Spode Copeland" company stamp and decorators mark in orange.

417. Group of Three Demi-Cups and Saucers, circa 19th Century
Lot includes three hand painted porcelain tea cups and complementary saucers: 1) Both pieces patterned with blue flowers and gilt details such leaves and round rims. Cup measures apprx 2-3/8"H and saucers apprx 4-3/4"D. Bottoms have inscribed mark, similar to a cursive "a". 2) Meissen set decorated with tulips and other small blossoms. Rims are rust and squared handle decorated with gilt. Both marked with crossed blue swords and star to indicate manufacture during the Marcolini period circa 1774-1812. Cup measures apprx 2-1/2"H and saucer apprx 5-1/4"D. 3) Mismatched, but complementary pair feature bright flower bouquet with edges trimmed in gilt. Bottom of saucer has a single blue crossed sword and cup has a red crown, x and D, indicating a Duesburey manufacture. Cup measures apprx 2-5/8"H and saucer apprx 5-1/8"D.

Lot of hand painted porcelain tea cups and saucers. 1) Pretty set decorated with floral blossoms and buds, gilt edging around rims. Both marked with blue crossed swords of the Meissen Company. Cup measures apprx 1-7/8"H and saucer apprx 5-1/4" D. 2) Set of two mismatched but complementary items. The small cup is decorated with tulip blossoms and forget-me-nots and the round saucer has additional springtime flowers. Cup trimmed in rust and bears blue Missen crossed swords and star, saucer has what appears to be a blue S. Cup measures apprx 1-7/8"H and saucer, apprx 5"D. 2) Another set of mismatched but complementary pieces. Round tea cup features full blossoms around body; saucer also florally decorated. Teacup has crossed blue swords of Meissen, and saucer has "beehive" mark of Royal Vienna. Cup measures apprx 1-7/8"H and saucer apprx, 5-1/4"D.

Lot includes three sets of hand painted porcelain cups and saucers: 1) Pairing is decorated with folk flower patterns in pink. The interior rim of the Japanese style tea cup is painted with bow shapes. Cup measures apprx 2"H and saucer apprx 5"D. Bottoms are unmarked. 2) Set features a simple patterning of a flowering vine with orange and pink flowers and black berries; trimmed in squash color. Cup is handleless. No marks on bottoms. Cup measures apprx 2"H and saucer 5-1/2"D. 3) Mismatched but complementary items are delicately decorated with springtime nosegays. Bottom of saucer marked with a blue F. Cup measures apprx 2-3/4"H and saucer apprx 5"D.

Saucer features a raised basketry design further embellished with pretty floral designs; rim is brown. Marked on bottom with blue crossed swords of Meissen. Cup measures apprx 2-3/4"H and saucer, apprx 5-5/8"D. 3) Meissen set with floral decorations. Demi-cup features a "twig" modeled handle in green and saucer has a reticulated well rim. Bottoms bear magenta "Bone China-Royal Worcester-Made in England" stamp with decorator number in orange. Cups measure apprx 2-1/4"H and saucers, apprx 4-1/2" W. Lot includes an oval shaped base tray, a handled chamber stick, a round ring holder, two tiny trays on pedestals (one oval and one round), and two lidded containers. All decorated with dark pink bands accentuated with tiny bouquets of hand painted flowers and gilt detailing. Tray measures apprx 12"L x 9"W and containers measure apprx 3"H x 2-3/4"W. Jar lid and bottom of tray marked with green England Coalport A.D. 1750 company stamp.
