Stone paste hexagonal tile features a garden panel theme with flowering grape vines twinning around ostriches, pigeons and a duck. A basket of fruit sits at the center of the composition. Polychrome glazes include apple green, royal blue, light blue, rust and black. Measures apprx 9-1/2"W.

A polychrome pottery tile panel features a symmetrical design of a central lobed oval medallion surrounded by four "S" shapes. Black out lines filled with turquoise and royal blue. Probably originally part of a mithrab. Measures apprx 8-3/4" square.

409. Old Paris Porcelain Bowl, circa 1780-1820
Lovely tri-footed bowl in pink with gilt detailing. Three orientalist motif vignettes interspersed with blue urn shapes decorated the outside. Bottom has a hollow dome protrusion featuring leaf shapes. Possibly after the Marie Antoinette "breast bowl". Provanence: Purchased at Christian Aubusson, New York. Bowl measures apprx 5-1/4"H x 7-1/2"W.

"Awaken". Lovely hand painted porcelain in the style of Limoges depicts a beautiful young woman floating in the air as the drapes of her fuchsia gown swirl around. The misty background hints at a forested landscape. Measures apprx 12-1/2"H x 9-1/2"W. In dusty-rose velvet mat and gilt frame, entire item measures apprx 22-1/2"H x 18-1/2"W. Stamped on verso, signature not found.

Earthenware tiles with tin based glazes graced with brightly colored, charming paintings of country folk (Peasants of Normandy). Lot also includes a rooster tile, a chinoise character tile and one "moustiers grotesques" tile. Bottoms stamped with "Geo Martel, Desevres. Made in France". Each measures apprx 6" square.

412. Two Coalport Cologne Bottles
Lot of two dresser bottles. Bottles assume the same round shape with oval foot and round stopper finial. One bottle glazed a creamy yellow and decorated with a raised gilt design of a stork in a marsh. Second bottle bears a hand painted design of flowers. Bottoms have green Coalport A.D. 1750 company stamp. Yellow bottle has decorators number A9104. Each measures apprx 5"H x 3-1/4"W.
