The setting appears to be a balcony overlooking the surrounding hilly countryside. Signed and dated, 1906 on lower right. Also stamped 20. Measures apprx 7-3/4"H x 21"W. In wooden frame, entire item measures apprx 10-3/4"H x 24"W.
