Robur was one of the early glossy Gouda patterns and was produced in the early 1920s. Initialed W.B. for Van der Want and Barras and numbered 116. Black, caramel and ivory graphic design over orange ground. Apprx 7-7/8"T, 4-3/4"W at base.

All with turquoise background and hand decorated scenes of romantic children. service pieces have views on both front and back with gilt handles decorated with black. Cups have one view. Saucers decorated with gold. Painted blue emblem on bottoms.
