This lot features a decorative porcelain carriage with two horses, carriage-man, and two noble people in period costumes. Fine details are the highlight of this work. Highly decorative piece, great for any one who loves fine porcelain work. Marked with blue underglaze stamp of a letter A with crown and an illegible mark on bottom. Measures approx. 7"H x 16"W.

635. Pair of Parian Cupid Scenes, circa 20th Century
This is a copy of French sculptor Louis Simon Boisat's (1743-1809) work and are from the series "Merchant of Pleasure". First scene depicts Cupid to the left of the woman; it is numbered 23/235 and measures about 8-1/2"T. Second scene depicts Cupid to the right of the woman; is numbered 33/235 and has an attribution mark and reference information, measures approx. 8-1/2"T. Two are very dynamic scenes.
