Single Doric column in three parts: octagonal capital, the segmented column stand banded in the middle, and octagonal base. White marble with heather gray fluid striations. Base measures apprx 13"dia.; entire column measures apprx 30"H. Provenance: From the collection of Tom Wilson, Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Wilson's collection spans several decades and includes wonderful Art Deco, sculpture, paintings and drawings from around the the world. Mr. Wilson is a well know cartoonist and creator of the character Ziggy.
