The scene is at the moment of dusk when the air and water is flooded with a soft grey-green light. Some lamps have been lit on the ships and the rippling water. Green and gold metal gilt frame. Image measures approx. 25-1/2" 19-1/2", framed overall approx. 30-1/2" x 24-1/2". Provenance: From the collection of Tom Wilson, Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Wilson's collection spans several decades and includes wonderful Art Deco, sculpture, paintings and drawings from around the the world.
