A carved and stained ivory chess set in fitted box with inlaid wood game board. Red and white satin lining in the interior of the box. The figures represent different mythilogical creatures; all signed at the bottom. Height of Kings and Queens are approx. 5"T. Height of a Pawn is approx. 2-1/8". There is no lifting and separation on the inlaid game board. Dimensions of the closed box is approx. 13"L x 26"W x 6"T.
