"Red". Abstract lithograph on thick paper, signed "Michael Rothenstein" on the lower right corner. Image measures approx. 19-1/2" x 10"; paper measures approx. 21-1/2" x 14-1/2". The image features vertical wood striations with an outline of a tree. This is a lithograph from the collection "Seven Colours" with images by Michael Rothenstein and poems by Edward Lucie-Smith, and printed by Rampant Lions Press. As indicated on the back of the publication the lithographs were printed under his supervision by Shelly Rose at the Argus Studio, Stisted, Essex. The paper was made by Barcham Green of Maldstone. There are 75 copies made, and this is numbered 38. Printed in 1974.
