A view of Northampton Shire with ornate cartouches and antique coloring. Image apprx 11-2/16" x 14". Not measured out of mats nor inspected out of protective wraps. "A map of Rutlandshire from the best Authorities", engraved by J. Cary, copper plate engraving with antique coloring, image apprx 16-1/2" x 18-1/2", sheet size apprx 17-1/4" x 19-1/2". Center re-inforced on the back and has creases from being folded. "RUTLANDIAE Omnium in Anglia Comitatu um minimum Pars olim CORITANORUM", copper plate engraving by William Kip, ca. 1637 from the third edition of Camden's "Britannia". Image apprx 11" x 8-1/4". Losses to margins and restoration to upper corner and right margin replaced. "Oukham", a copper plate engraved map from John Speede's Rutlandshire, ca. 1627, antique hand coloring, not inspected out of mat or protective wrap. Image apprx 5" x 5-3/4".
