Rare as it is hard to find small old Sarouks with blue-black ground colors. Overall blue/black background is woven with a central bright red scalloped edge medallion filled with stylized leaves and palmettes. Very similar design with meandering branches surrounds the medallion. Ivory corner guards; all encloed by a wide red border with meandering vine motif. This carpet measures apprx. 3'4" x 5'1".
