Finely carved from a single piece of ivory. The headdress features a seated Buddha surrounded by dragons. With applied patina for detail and on hair inside of crown. Bottom is artist signed, ivory alone is approx. 6-1/2"T x 3-1/4"W at base. Carved wood base in the form of human shoulders approx. 3-1/2"T x 8-1/2"W x 5"D.
