745. A Group of Six Glass Intagliois & Red Sulphur Casts, ca. 18th/19th Century

Two black glass intaglio, one a portrait bust of Dante apprx 1-1/4", the other a kneeling slave intaglio apprx 14/16", created by Wedgwood, a committee member Society for the Suppression of the Slave Trade, which is inscribed "Am I Not A Man And A Brother?". Also, two clear glass intaglio; one a portrait bust of an unknown woman apprx 14/16" with beveled edge, the second of a partial nude with snake, oval approx. 3/4". Last are two red sulphur casts set into cork surrounds, both oval, one with ink title inscription "Victory" approx. 3/4" the other numbered "438", approx. 10/16".
