Alexander Kremer was born in 1958 in St. Petersburg into a family of artists. His father, a famous Russian artist Mark Kremer, was his first teacher and support. Alexander graduated from the Art Institute of V. I. Muhin. He paints in the best traditions of Russian realistic school. He works in various genres such as landscape, still life, as well as portraits and thematic paintings. His works are in private collections in the United States and Europe.
