79. Alexander Fjodorow (Russian, born 1965)
"Purple Flowers". Oil on canvas, signed in the lower right corner. Dates 2002. Canvas measures approx. 24" x 30"; in a gilt wood frame approx. 32" x 38". Alexander was born in 1965 in the town of Cheboksary. In 1993 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Art Academy. In January 21, 2001 he was awarded by the President Vladimir Putin with a grant from a Cultural Fund. Fjodorov held personal exhibitions in Russia and Europe.

81. Leonid Fedorovich Ovsiannikov (Russian, ca. 1893/5 - 1972)
Vladimir Ilich Lenin. Etching, signed A. Ovsiannikov within the image lower left, dated 1933. Not framed, image measures approx. 8-3/8" x 6-1/2"; overall paper measures approx. 14-1/4" x 12-1/4". Leonid Fedorovich Ovsiannikov was a professor at Leningrad Art Academy, famous Russian/Soviet graphic artist, a master of graphic portrait. His portraits of Lenin and Stalin are in the collections of Tretyakovskaya Gallery and Russian Museum.

82. A Large Brass Samovar & Tray, Russian, ca. early 20th Century
The body of the urn has two handles with turned wooden inserts and a spigot. The tray is key-hole in shape with a flared rim. The urn has stamped designs on the front above the spigot which resemble coins and a shield shape surmounted by a bird with the wings spread. The overall height is 20", with the tray, 19" x 13" overall. Provenance: Ex Collection of the Women's City Club, Cleveland, Ohio.
