Signed on verso "For Charled Carolyne with very sincere regards, and many thanks for my pleasant day with you at the store. Sarah Churchill. Youngstown, December 7ht, 1972." The plate and proclamation are affixed to the red velvet lining, under glass, in a gilt wood frame. Framed overall measures approx. 18" x 22".
