Image measures approx. 5-1/4" x 5-1/4"; framed under glass with cream color mat approx. 11" x 10-1/2". Born in Cleveland Ohio, Paliwoda was recruited by the Disney company and started animating in 1933. A WPA artist, a mural titled "Out of the Past, the Present; Out of the Material, the Spiritual" (1933-4) is in the permanent collection of New Deal/WPA art of the Cleveland Public Library, Tremont location.
