Alexander was born in 1965 in the town of Cheboksary. In 1993 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Art Academy. In January 21, 2001 he was awarded by the President Vladimir Putin with a grant from a Cultural Fund. Fjodorov held personal exhibitions in Russia and Europe.
