319. A Lot of Four Engravings of Country Scenes
A lot of four engravings of country scenes. The two larger engravings are by C. W. Kolbe. In the first, a man with a sythe on a bridge looks aside at another man in the distance on another bridge carrying a sack, 14" x 18" plate size. The other depicts a wooden structure in a woods, 13-3/4" x 18" plate size. The third engraving is of cows and sheep in a landscape, trimmed to 4-3/4" x 6-7/8" paper size. The last is a scene with two swine by Karel DuJardin (1622-1678), 6" x 7-1/8" paper size. This last has a repaired tear coming up from the lower edge. Not framed.
