885. A Pair of Decorative Brass Inkwells, ca. Early 20th Century
This lot includes an enamel decorated brass inkwell and a Rococo style inkwell. The first one features a liner with a mounted urn shape inkwell and a pen holder; the tray and the lid are decorated with polychrome enamels; measures approx. 4"T x 8-1/2"L x 4-1/2"W. Second inkwell with a glass body and gilt metal overlay decorations rests on a liner decorated with raised "C" scrolls; measures approx. 2-1/4"T x 5"L x 3-1/4".

886. A Polished Brass Book Stand and a Fancy Brass Picture Frame
The book stand features a pierced scroll design, book positions could be readjusted, measures approx. 10"W x 8-1/2"T. The oval frame features an overall floral and scroll design and a ribbon top. Overall very decorative piece. Measures approx. 13"T x 9"W.

887. A Cast Iron Salesman's Sample Stove
A cast iron "Crescent" salesman's sample stove, 8"H to the top of the chimney, 10" W including the two removable shelves, 4-1/2"D, including all of the removable and movable parts; the door opens, the two shelves are removable, the grille plate lifts up, there is a saucepan, a frypan, a soup pot with a hinged handle, a coal scuttle with a hinged handle and a coal shovel. The name "Crescent" with other designs is cast into the door of the stove. Below on the skirt are cast intertwining foliate patterns. One removable shelf has pierce work designs and the other shelf has a cast scrolling border. The back at either side of the chimney are cast pierced designs and two candle holder platforms. Stamped "Made in USA".

888. An Antique Enameled Lavabo (French/Normandy)
An antique enameled lavabo from Normandy. The white enameled two-part body is embellished with cobalt blue floral sprigs. The canister has a removable lid with a wooden handle and a metal spigot. The spigot is loose. The canister and the bowl, originally made to hang directly on an outside wall, has been mounted onto a rustic wooden wall plaque. This piece would make a lovely "shappy chic" garden ornament. The overall size is approx. 35"H x 12"W.

892. Framed American Schoolhouse Flag, ca. 1912
A vintage American Flag, ca. 1912, framed with glass, approx. 24-1/2" x 33-12", with frame overall 30-3/4" x 39-1/4". This is an "indoor" flag that was used in a one-room school circa 1912. The current owner inherited this piece from his grandmother who, at 16 years old, was the teacher in that schoolhouse.

893. A Fabulous Tramp Art Chest
A large Tramp Art chest with reverse decorated glass panel inserts in the two doors and the sides, 25" W x 15" D x 32" H. With a wallpapered interior with one shelf and one drawer below. This piece is in two parts; the cabinet door top and the drawer section are separate. The reverse decoration of the glass portions is partially painted and partially applied lithograph scraps. The hardwares are brass and are Arts and Crafts in style. There is also floral painted decoration on the wood in several places.
