845. A Ceramic High Relief Sculpture Circa 18th/19th Century, English A glazed ceramic pictorial tavern scene in relief, approx. 10" x 14-1/2". The eyes of the people appear to be glass. The jovial scene, reminiscent of Hogarth's "Rake's Progress" depicts the tavern mistress in the center seated at a full table. An Enameled Bell Push With a Clock Inset A delicately enameled bell push with a clock inset in the center, mounted onto a small white marble ring, bezeled with gold washed silver fittings marked 925 and hallmarked, with pink rosebuds and blue forget-me-nots strewn about the guilloche enamel in powder blue. 852. A Hand Painted Ebonized Snuff Box An early hand painted ebonized snuff box, 3-5/8" in diameter x 5/8" H, with a charming painting on the lid of two ladies in an interior. One lady is seated and has just finished writing a letter. She hands it to the lady standing behind her. The setting is a bedchamber, with a draped bed at the left, a fancy gilded framed painting on the wall and an open door at the right.
