567. An Antique Copper Luster Pitcher
An antique copper luster glazed ceramic pitcher, possibly Welsh, ca. 1800-1825, 6"H x 4-1/2"W x 5"D, slightly ovoid in shape, cast with relief images on the sides of hunters, dogs and a hare, with winding grapevines above around the collar. Not marked.

568. A Faience Plate With a Star Motif, Early 19th Century
A pretty Faience plate with a gold and white star motif in the center outlined in black, with blue, gold and teal designs on white surrounding; the back is glazed white. The plate is roughly round but has a very irregular hand made shape, approx. 8-1/2" in diameter x 1"H.

569. A 19th Century Spanish Talavera Inkwell
A pretty 19th Century Talavera inkwell made in Spain, in the shape of a platform supported by twelve ceramic legs; the flat portion of the top hand glazed in the image of two cartoonish tall birds standing in between two trees, beyond which is a raised platform decorated with foliate designs with inserts for a ceramic ink pot with a lid and a corresponding container with holes to hold quills. The corners behind the pots have a flaring yellow fluted shape standing up. Between the two pots is a figurine of a fantastical beastie seated on a plinth with his bowl off to the left. Overall the piece measures 10-1/2"W x 11-1/4"D x 6"H. Marked in the glaze on the bottom is "Talavera...Spain"

570. A Pair of Spanish Jardinieres, Circa 1900
A brightly polychrome glazed hand decorated pair of large Talavera jardinaires, ca. 1900 made in Spain. Each has scrolling foliate forms with vases and beastie faces, and one decorative central medallion shape with an oval wreath shape surrounding a floral design. Each jardinaire is 11"H x 12-3/4" in diameter at the top and 7-1/2" in diameter at the bottom. Each is marked "Spain" on the bottom, and each has a drain hole. One also has the marking "Spain" on its interior.

576. Three Flemish Tiles, ca. 18th Century
The largest of the three tiles depicts a lion passant and geometric decorations, including fleaur-de-lys, impressed under glaze, some over-painting along the lower margin, measures approx. 6" square; second tile features a cross hatched design with dots, and the same color palette as the larger tile, measures approx. 4-3/4" square; third tile is somewhat brighter that the other two, and features a stylized flower in the center and a stylized border, overall measures approx. 5-3/8" square.
